installing new springs driftinfool

so i got a set of eibach sportline springs for my and i tride istalling them myself but to no avail so i put all the shit back together and my then i bought a chiltons book and it told me to disconect the driveline im just wondering do i really have to do all that just to put springs in?

The fronts are going to be a pain but the rears are simple.. just jack up the car.(USE JACK STANDS) unbolt the shocks and pop out the springs then pop in the new ones. you are going to need a spring compressor tho. then re bolt and your good 2 go.

so on the front, to take out the drive shaft, is it just those six bolts on the inner part that hooks to the trany and its out or is there like a male female type deal going?
